Privacy

This site doesn't require accounts and collects no personal data through forms. Booking inquiries happen over WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Counting visits

We count visits without cookies, and nothing is stored on your device. When you open a page, your browser tells our server which page it is and whether you came from another website or app. When you tap a WhatsApp button, it tells us which page you were on and, for a booking button, which experience it was for.

We add these to daily totals, such as "40 visits to the Experience page" or "5 taps on Private Dining". The totals don't include your IP address, which site you came from, or anything else that could tell one visitor from another. Like every web server, ours sees your IP address and browser type while it answers, and uses them to skip search-engine robots and slow down floods of automated requests.

Google Cloud, which runs the counter, also keeps a standard log of each request: the time, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type. These logs are kept for 30 days, only Google and the people who run this site can see them, and we don't use them for the counts.

The totals stay in our own Google Firebase project. We don't share them or use them for advertising, and there are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Other services

Pages load our latest prices and details from Google Firebase, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Like any website you visit, Google can see your IP address when those load; Google Maps may also set its own cookies.

If you joined our pre-launch waitlist, we use that email only to announce the opening; reply to any email to be removed.
